Sounds of Vikings Valhalla

Over the course of 2022 and 2023 I wrote code, designed sounds, and implemented audio on a number of projects with Emerald City Games. While some of these projects are unreleased, one of them launched last Fall! Vikings Valhalla is published by Netflix and Tilting Point and is available on iOS and Android for Netflix subscribers.

It would take a long article to tell the whole story of this game’s development and the hard work of many talented people that went into the project, but for now I wanted to share some of the sound effects I designed for the project while assisting the lead audio designer, Navid Nazarzade, who designed the majority of the audio in the game (you can check out his other work here by the way: https://www.navidnazarzade.com/).

This compilation of selected sound effects contains some user experience sounds related to menus and base-building, as well as some unique character sound effects used for battles.
